We invited the sisters working in Manaoag over to our place for a crock pot of "Chicken Alabam" and a wonderful spiritual message after the delicious lunch. Then we all left in different directions to keep our teaching appointments. The Sisters touch hearts in a special way. We are so grateful for sister missionaries in the Baguio mission.

Next day we saw a mother sweating to peddle the family "SUV" to the market. The kids get a free ride and a chance to get a good look at everything and everyone. We were going to Baguio today to do missionary apartment checks.
We went up into the mountains to get to Baguio. Since it had been raining through the night there were waterfalls everywhere.
Sisters Rojas and Ragragio had a surprise spaghetti lunch ready for us when we were done with the apartment check. Hey... are they trying to bribe the judges?!
We all cleaned our plates. Great lunch sisters! Salamat! Elder Taylor is trying to get in one last brownie before we leave. He thought we didn't notice.
Elder Dickey is quick to cut into the brownies, topped with nuts. Now on to the rest of the missionary apartments in the Baguio Zone. This is a hard act to follow.
Elder Taylor reviewed the Area Book with Elders Castillio and Callaway and then gave them some good training.
It's easy to get lost in Baguio, so when we did get a little lost we just stopped and asked a local for directions. Most of the time you need the spirit of revelation to interpret the directions. It worked for us today!
We found this missionary apartment that was lost in the clouds. It has a great view of the valley and mountains... when it's not cloudy. The apartment overhangs the cliff and sits on stilts at the far end. We live by faith in this mission.
It was a great day as is everyday, but it is always special when we have opportunity to meet with many missionaries in one day and feel of their great desires to serve the Lord. They are prepared to teach and testify of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Restoration with power and authority. And to invite all to come unto Christ. We are so blessed to share in that great work with them.
