The single Adults held their own Sports Fest a week later and the Primary took advantage of the signage and the excitement that the children saw when their older brothers and sisters came home and talked about the fun activities they had at their Sports Fest.
The Primary children practiced their branch team cheers and performed with all the excitement and energy of a child. We thought the cheers were going to be after lunch, but they were before lunch, so we missed seeing and getting a video of them. Sorry.
There is always a line for something and the kids were really great to stand in line and be patient until it was their turn.
They stacked plastic cups for time and winners were recognized and got bragging rights.
Some kids didn't know what was going on, but they enjoyed being around frineds and sharing the party experience.
Boys can have fun just hanging around with each other... and they did.
The girls were a lot more dignified, but had just as much fun as the boys.
Food and cold drinks always brings a smile to all!
Remember the lines... all waiting patiently in line for their food and drinks.
The kids often have a "Sweat Rag" threaded through the back of their t-shirt. Mom's use it to wipe them down after they have been running around and getting all sweaty.
Chocolate cakes and Mango drink were enjoyed by all.
Happier faces appeared after they got their treats.
The Primary workers are devoted to the kids all over the world. They are always sharing smiles, love, fun and some good food to eat.
The Young Women delighted in the opportunity to care for the babies of the Primary workers.
For the finale, each branch primary performed a special "demonstration" for everyone. This was a fun little dance number.
This branch had a choir that sang several songs.
This small branch had some big dancing talent!
It was a fun event and everyone got to use the Sports Fest idea.
